Your puppy will come home eating 'Fromm' the puppy formula, this is the exact bag! If you decide to feed something else, I will send you home with a small bag of this so you can switch them over. The moment I put this on the adults and babies food they go CRAZY. This picture shown is the exact vaccine that your puppy has received at 6 weeks old! It is the first booster of a set of three that they will need. They are dewormed at week 2, 4, and 6 here. This will all be recorded and written in your pamphlet that I will send home your new puppy with. I would recommend getting him/her into the vet the following week after getting them so you can get on a schedule with your vet! They will give you their recommendations on what vaccines are required/suggested ones, but I always stay away from as a dachshund owner is the 'Lepto' vaccine. Dachshunds are prone to shot reactions and this one has never agreed with any of mine! I will let you follow your own discretion while deciding, but please do your own research and be your dogs advocate!
In the bag I will send you home with will also include a bag of treats that I would highly recommend! 'Bocces'.. I highly rate this company because they use limited ingredients in their treats. For the first week I would limit the treat and bone intake just because as a puppy their tummy can't handle the same thing adults can! For potty training rewarding you could break up 2 that would be small enough to be given throughout the day. Anything that is linked on my amazon storefront is a product I would highly suggest to check out! Keep their treats and bones high quality and limited ingredients, so you can keep their tummies and stool in the best shape!
